Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we hear most often before people attend a session.
What exactly happens in a Silverpath workshop?
A Silverpath session is an educational group gathering — a facilitator walks participants through how a topic works (retirement structures, document organisation, or employer communication), using plain language and real examples drawn from publicly available sources. No individual cases are discussed, and no advice is given. You are free to ask general questions throughout.
Is this the same as getting financial or legal advice?
No. Silverpath sessions are purely informational and educational. We explain how systems and processes work in general terms, referencing official sources. We do not assess your personal situation, make recommendations, or provide anything that would constitute regulated financial or legal services. If you need specific professional advice, we encourage you to consult an appropriately qualified practitioner.
Who typically attends these sessions?
Participants are generally working adults in Thailand who want a clearer picture of how national or workplace retirement structures function, people who have received documents they do not fully understand, or HR professionals looking for structured ways to share general information with their teams. Sessions welcome all experience levels — no prior knowledge is needed.
How long is each session, and where are they held?
The Orientation Seminar typically runs for a half-day (around three to four hours). The Document Organisation Workshop is a similar length, with time built in for hands-on practice. The Employer Programme spans multiple sessions arranged to suit the organisation's schedule. All sessions are held at our Karon, Phuket venue, with arrangements confirmed on booking.
What do the session fees cover?
Each fee covers your place in the group session plus all printed materials — reading packs, checklists, or presentation slides depending on the workshop. There are no hidden extras. Prices are listed in Thai Baht: ฿3,570 for the Orientation Seminar, ฿6,630 for the Document Organisation Workshop, and ฿11,050 for the Employer Programme.
Can employers book sessions for their entire team?
Yes. The Group Information Programme for Employers is designed specifically for HR teams and their staff. It is a multi-session format covering how to communicate general retirement-benefit information clearly across an organisation. It includes reusable presentation materials that HR teams can continue to use internally after the programme ends.
